All Koya University staff members need to create an account with Google Scholar using your Koyauniversity e-mail account, not a personal or other e-mail.

Google Scholar page+Link are used by the webometrics to evaluate the academic.

After creating your page, kindly put the link in your TAP with title "My Google Scholar" or "Google Scholar Page". See this example

To complete the procedure, kindly follow the steps below;

  1. Access your Koyauniversity account

  2. Visit the Link

  3. Click on the second upper tab "My Citation"

  4. Sing-up and complete creating Google Scholar page

  5. Log out

  6. Sign in again and click on "My citation"

  7. Copy link to the clipboard

  8. Go to your TAP site

  9. Edit the page you want to type the "My Google Scholar" or "Google Scholar Page"

  10. Type "My Google Scholar" in the place indicated in the last e-mail, click her to check

  11. Select the text "My Google Scholar"

  12. Click on (Ctrl + k)

  13. A pop-up widow will appear.

  14. Paste the save link in the clipboard in the [Web address] space

  15. Save the page.

Important notes:

In the GSC profile; The affiliation should contain; Academic Title, Department, University, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

No need for any more information because the field has limited words.

e.g., Professor, Department of Chemistry, Koya University, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

e.g., Assistant Prof., Department of English Language, Koya University, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

e.g., Lecturer, Department of Chemical Engineering, Koya University, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

e.g., Assistant Lecturer, School of Physical Education, Koya University, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

Please comply with format, literally. Always use; Department of xxxxxx. No need to type the Faculty name.

In the GSC profile; The homepage should be connected to the Teacher Academic Profile.

In the GSC profile; About 3 Areas of Interest should be written.
