Kindly, follow the guidelines below:
The event inside KOU should be approved first by the Faculty or University witha Farman.
There should be a "Farman" issued by the Faculty or the University before the registration.
Any event that not registered will not be considered for the QA activities scoring.

ئەم لاپەڕەيە بەكار دێت بۆ تۆماركردنى چالاکیەکان لە ناوەوە و دەرەوەی زانكۆى كۆيە.
تكايە بۆ تۆماركردن رەچاوى ئەم خاڵانەى خوارەوە بكەن:
1. سەرەتا پێویستە هەر چالاکیەک لە ناوەوەی زانلکۆی کۆیە لەلايەن فاكەڵتى يان زانكۆ پەسند بكرێت بە فەرمانی زانکۆیی.
2. پێويستە فەرمانى زانكۆى هەبێت لەلایەن فاکەڵتی یاخود زانکۆوە بەسەند کرابێت پێش تۆمار کردنی چالاکیەکە.
3. هەر چالاکیەک تۆمار نەکرابێت ئەوا خاڵی چالاکی بۆ هەژمار ناکرێت لە دڵنیایی جۆری.
